  • Psyche and the existence of an inner world that is for the most part unconscious, in parallel to what is conscious.

  • New self inquiry reflexes to develop. Tools for self-observation and reflection that will be used during the course.

  • Introversion and extraversion - Feeling, Thinking, Sensation or Intuition.

  • What is your typology, and does your life allow you to honor your natural tendencies?

  • Archetypal parents, actual parents, parental complexes & how they can show up.

  • Uncovering your triggers and their connection to your complexes.

  • Social mask as an adaptation to our family, school, peer group, profession.

  • Who are you really?

  • Differentiating feelings from emotions. Complexes as clusters of emotions with an archetypal core. 

  • Objectifying and becoming more conscious of all three, through art making.

  • Defining shadow in all its intricacies, and exercises to recognize your own.

  • Helpful tools and journaling for long term shadow work and integration.

  • Feminine & masculine, without externalizing what needs to be experienced within every gender.

  • Love and sex, the big mysteries: in psychoanalysis, they are defined by the God Eros.

  • This journey requires self-responsibility with minimal support. It is not recommended for individuals currently facing significant emotional or physical stress, or trauma. By participating, you acknowledge that you possess stable emotional, physical, and mental well-being, enabling you to manage anything that may arise for processing, release, or integration.

  • The class will be held via Zoom. Replays of the class will be available.

  • Early bird $1,325 USD.

    The price of the class is $1,475 USD.

    Expect to set aside at least 30 minutes weekly for self-inquiry, in addition to class time.

  • We strive to provide the best experience for our participants.

    1. Refund Policy: Full refund of course amount up to Jan. 12. After Jan. 17, 90% of course fee and after Jan. 24, 80%. Final refund date is Jan. 31 for 70% of course fee.
      No refunds on or after Feb. 1

    2. Access to Materials: Please note that if you receive a refund, you will no longer have access to any course materials, including videos and workbooks.

  • 4 weeks on, 1 week off. Class will take place on Wednesdays 4-6 pm EST

    We start January 7th 2026 until June 17th 2026.

  • While we'd love to say yes, the reality is that you may need more support than we can offer in an online setting. If you're currently facing significant emotional struggles or feeling overwhelmed by pain, this might not be the right time to join the course. The material could bring up emotions that are better addressed with the help of a personal therapist.
